“Ying Yeung” - Tsang Cheung Shing

I can’t help but adore this. It had something cliche seeming about it, but it didn’t make me admire it any less. I love the solid conveying the liquid and, on top of that, I like representation of “spilling” oneself into the world and, in this case, another. The fact that it’s a sculpture makes the moment last forever. However, in a “real” case scenario, this moment is fleeting and transient. Passionately desperate, despite its calm, while, on the other hand, when spilled eventually on the table, the two liquids become one and inseparable forever if they are composed of the same thing. This is so very true.
Really great!
